Due to the personal care, cosmetic, and hygienic nature of beauty supplies and skincare serums, products that have been unsealed, opened, or used are strictly ineligible for returns or exchanges. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store, but cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be exact.

While PRINCESS EROS LLC is a legal entity organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, all inventory and logistical distribution operations are managed and fulfilled locally within the Republic of the Philippines through our logistics partner, BilisBenta.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the items by our local courier partners. Local delivery timelines and shipping thresholds are governed closely by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND OPERATORS

Our digital operations may utilize independent systems administrators or localized system operators (including Virtual Assistants) to assist in order processing, customer management, and front-end theme adjustments.
