Because we utilize localized warehouse fulfillment networks in the Philippines via our logistics partner, BilisBenta, all orders placed on our Shopify storefront are fulfilled and dispatched directly from within the Philippines. This ensures rapid transit times and zero international customs delays for our local customers.
1. Processing and Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Philippine national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Standard Local Delivery (Metro Manila & Greater Manila Area): 2 to 4 business days.
- Provincial Delivery (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao): 5 to 8 business days.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We offer flat-rate local shipping across the Philippines, and complimentary free shipping on specific promotional beauty bundles or orders exceeding a designated minimum cart value.
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a unique tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to register on the courier's system.
4. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeline, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our local customer support team immediately at admin@princessgrace.ph with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
